Through a grant from the Small Farms Program, a series of fact sheets on minor livestock species was completed this summer by Martha Wright and Mike Baker in Cornell's Animal Science Department. The series includes Lamb, Meat Goats, Grass Fed Beef, Cervids (deer, elk), Pasture Pigs, Pasture Poultry, and Meat Rabbits. You can view and download the fact sheets below:
