Cornell University The Cornell Farm to School Program is a partnership of farmers,
suppliers, food service directors, farm organizations, and community members.
Through this partnership, they are developing strategies to increase the amount
of locally grown foods served by New York's school, college, and university food
services. The Farm to School Program also publishes
NY
Farm to School News, a 4-page quarterly newsletter that highlights the wide
variety of farm to school activities occurring throughout the state. It originated
as a publication for the Broome-Tioga Farm to School Workgroup, whose members
include food service directors, farmers, and representatives of Cornell Cooperative
Extension of Broome, Tioga, and Cortland Counties.
